IC Online - Using the Picklist

Overview: The Picklist is a tool in eQuip Online is a method of bulk updating assets. The Picklist can only be used by full users.

Process:
  1. Log into eQuip Online with a user or admin style account.

  2. Navigate to the Assets->Asset Search page

  1. Filter for the assets that you are looking to add to the Picklist

  1. Using the checkboxes on the lefthand side, or the Select All button in the top lefthand corner of the asset search grid, add assets that you would like to place in your picklist

  1. On the top righthand corner of the asset search grid, click Picklist Actions->Add-&-Go-to-List

  1. Adding additional assets to your Picklist

    1. Click on Picklist Actions->Add More Assets

    2. From there, use steps 3 and 4 above to select more assets for the Picklist

  1. Clearing the Picklist

    1. Click Picklist Actions->Remove All from Picklist

  1. Saving a Picklist

    1. To save a new Picklist, click Picklist Actions->Save As New Picklist

    2. To save an update to an existing Picklist, click Picklist Actions->Save Picklist

  1. Bulk Edits

    1. To perform a bulk edit on the Picklist, click Perform Action->Bulk Edits and choose the appropriate option

                      i. Asset Details - This option will allow you to change a variety of details about the asset, including Inspection Interval, Status (including Bulk Delete), etc.

                      ii. Change Location - This option will allow you to change the location of all of the assets in the Picklist. Note that this option will only be available if all assets in the Picklist already belong to the same owner

  1. Bulk Operation Forms

    1. This option will record a completed operation for each asset in the Picklist. There are two options for Bulk Operation Forms

                      i. UTI - Records an “Unable to Inspect” record for all assets in the Picklist

                      ii. Click & Pass - Choose an operation form and record a passed operation of that type for all assets in the Picklist

      11. Bulk Reports

            a. This option will run a bulk report for all assets in the Picklist. There are three options for this report:

                      i. Bulk PDF - This option will create a report comprised of all PDF attachments from any asset in the Picklist. Typically this would be comprised of Certificate PDFs

                      ii. Bulk Cert. Report - This option will create a report comprised of the most recent certification recorded for each asset in the Picklist

                      iii. Bulk Insp. Report - This option will create a report comprised of the most recent inspection recorded for each asset in the Picklist
