Summary: This article will outline the steps to inspect an asset on IC Mobile.
Process: 1. After ensuring all of your data is synchronized, Log into IC Mobile and Tap "Items"
2. Once you are on the Items Screen, You can search for the specific asset you want to inspect or filter for groups of assets within the specific filter.
3. Once you have found the Asset you want to inspect, Tap the Asset then tap the "Fill Form" button.
4. The next screen is where you will choose the Form you are wanting to fill. For this example, we are performing a Chain Sling Inspection.
5. Enter an Order # and Customer PO # to the Form to identify the completed work within IC Online when going to run reports for you and your customers.
6. You can go through the inspection step by step, marking each field as you go, or you can also mark all fields as PASS by tapping Menu and then tapping Pass All Tasks.
7. Once you have completed the form, tap Save and it will save the completed Form to the asset.
8. After the form has been saved, the asset will be marked green. This indicates there are changes that have been made to this particular asset which are waiting to be uploaded to the database. Please ensure you synchronize your data after making changes in IC Mobile or your work/changes will not be visible on IC Online.
